This happens automatically when you enable/sign up for an EndNoteOnline account via your EndNote (desktop). When you buy an EndNote (desktop) license you can create (new), upgrade (free/Basic to Premium), or extend your EndNoteOnline Premium account. Please note that currently, the only way to get an EndNoteOnline Premium account is by purchasing an EndNote (desktop) license (new, upgrade or student license).
